On May 9, 2016, Marwadi University was founded in accordance with the Gujarat Universities Act (Act 9 of 2016).The university is run by the Group of Institutions branch of the Marwadi Education Foundation (MEFGI). 2008 saw the start of MEFGI's operations. The Bombay Public Trust Act of 1950 created it as a core unit of the Marwadi Education Foundation. Marwadi University is promoted by Marwadi Shares and Finance Limited (MSFL) a major stock broking company in India, & Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers Pvt Ltd (CIBPL). a well-known company that trades the Indian stock markets using technical analysis .There are 54 distinct courses available. The NAAC gave it an A+ grade.
